ARCO Rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition), are a set of rights that guarantee citizens the power to control their personal data. The most important thing in the exercise of this right is that only the owner of the personal data can request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, provided that they are in a personal data system. Therefore, in this type of requests it will be an indispensable requirement that the applicant's personality or that of the legal representative be accredited.

You may exercise your ARCO rights by submitting a written request, which must be submitted to ANCIENT's address above, to the Administration area or to the following email soporte@ancient.mx. Your request must include your full name, e-mail address and a clear and precise description of the personal data you wish to exercise.

Once the request to exercise ARCO Rights is available to the area in charge of ANCIENT, regardless of the form in which it is received, the respective response will be issued within a period not exceeding 90 days from its receipt. Which we will inform the issuer through the chosen means of contact.  

You may revoke the consent, if any, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we may need to continue processing your personal data. Also, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will mean that we can no longer provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.

ANCIENT is obliged to keep confidential the information it receives and that has such character according to the applicable legal provisions in the United Mexican States. For the interpretation, compliance and execution of this Privacy Notice, the parties agree that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States shall be applicable and the courts of Mexico City shall have jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles.
