At Ancient, we love good challenges. When one of the largest retailers in the country came to us for help with their infrastructure, we knew we could make a difference.
First, we introduced a DevOps culture. It was about getting development and operations teams to work better together. By encouraging better collaboration, we help them to be more efficient and to be more cohesive.
Next, we installed Jenkins for them. Jenkins is a tool that automates much of the work, making processes smoother and faster. We made sure it integrated well with your existing systems, reducing manual work and errors.
Next, we incorporated Kubernetes, a system that helps manage and scale containers. This made their infrastructure more flexible and able to handle more traffic without problems.
A large part of our work consisted of implementing CI/CD practices. This means that we automate the process of developing and deploying software, making it faster and more reliable. The retailer could now deploy updates and new features much more quickly.
Security is always crucial, so we make sure to integrate it into every part of the system. By focusing on security from the start, we ensure that your applications were safe from threats.
To make everything work perfectly, we created a monitoring system with Prometheus and Grafana. These tools provide real-time information, helping the retailer to fix problems before they become serious problems.
Finally, we use Ansible to automate deployments. This made the process more efficient and less prone to errors.
Thanks to our efforts, the retailer now has a robust and scalable infrastructure that is more efficient, secure and able to meet their needs. We are proud of the role we have played in their success and look forward to seeing how they continue to grow and innovate.
